French Fall eBook
Teachers, just like you, know how important collaboration is.
We, teacher-authors, love to collaborate! And it’s even better if we’re doing something to offer for free.
One of my best online friends, Laudalina from Profs et Soeurs, had an idea a couple of years ago: creating an eBook with links to FREE French resources that would make French teachers’ lives easier.
I volunteered to help her organize the eBooks and we enlisted some of the most amazing French teacher-authors to fill the eBook pages with amazing tips and new resources.
Every eBook is released through a different TpT store each time. This time it was released by another of my online besties, Madame Angel from Teaching French Immersion.
The Fall eBook is out and we’re so proud of it! Click on the image to download it from TpT!
French Fall Sentence Builders
You might also think of them as scrambled sentences (“des phrases mêlées”).
Like all other sets of sentence builders in my store, this one includes interrogative sentences only.
The idea is for kids to practice building questions and answering them afterwards. This way, they get to practice both asking and answering in French!
French Fall Vocabulary Slideshare Quiz
Whether you are reviewing fall-themed words and expressions or you’ve just introduced those words to your students, they will love playing this Slideshare quiz!
Get kids into pairs or groups, give them mini-whiteboards and dry-erase markers so they can write their answers, and you’re good to go!
Show them each question and wait for them to write and show you the answer before moving to the following slide, which contains the answer.
Even if you think the quiz is too easy for your students, you can still use it. All you have to do is challenge them by having them write a sentence using the word so they can get extra points.
Hope you find the freebies in the eBook to be useful and that your students enjoy the French fall quiz!
Thank you so much for stopping by! You’re the reason I have this site!
